ugh , he isnt stacking to a bet/3bet line ffs.
Call the flop. Perhaps lead the turn again and hope opp thinks you are fishing a bit. otherwise c/r all in on turn or something, but dont bet/3bet hes getting away from anythiong he might pay you off with on later streets far too easily to that line.
Actually I agree with you here. Call and checkraise turn seems best.
