i've done this once or twice, but usually when there's been 3 raises and an impossible nit pushes. The known showdown made this one gratifying. VNH

I've laid kings down to aces a number of times, but I don't anymore. I think you only have to be against queens like once in five to break even, generally.

I don't think you and wufwugy are on the same page regarding EV. Both are correct in that if you push KK preflop everytime, you will come out a winner in the long run. Also, If you fold KK against AA preflop and push the rest of the time, you will end up positive EV.

You got x-ray glasses? You need to put your opponent on exactly AA, which we can rarely do.

someone do the math for how many times it *doesnt* have to be AA to be plusEV.

Folding KK preflop is OK vs. a nitty/tight reg, especially if you are 150BB+
