20/10:
20 VPIP = plays 20% of hands
10 PFR = Raises 10% of hands preflop
This is used to form players ranges preflop, given a limp, or a raise.
A TAG would be something like 13/10, 14/10. And a more LAGGY player would have something like 18/15+.
Limping preflop is generally very bad, so a player with 40/10 etc would be considered a fish. You want to have VPIP and PFR very close, simply because limping is very bad, but sometimes you have to flat (to setmine, take advantage of position etc)
If u follow a simple handchart you should be able to play 13/10 and profitable poker at lower stakes within a very short time =)
