Default General question is it ok to go broke with top trips?

    Hi,

I tend to go broke with hands like [AK]

    Flop KKx,

Is it +EV? My gut feeling says it is ok but what do you guys
    think?

Just happened me twice last week villain had [xx]

BTW I got my 2nd royal yesterday won 8 dollars! :P
1st one was 2 years ago.

If I've got AK and the flop falls KKx and my opponent has xx I'm going broke every single time.

    No hindsight for the blind.
Yea, I'll usually go broke. I go broke with trips w/o top kicker enough myself to reason that I'll be ahead of random opponents in this situation often enough (because a whole lot of them suck even worse than I do).

My bankroll is the amount of money I would spend or lose before I got a job. It is calculated by adding my net worth to whatever I can borrow.
