I'm -almost- playing 50nl, so take this with a grain of salt.

hand 1: without a read I flat it, a lot of the time with some kind of a read I'll raise here to test V. It's kind of a weak bet, and we showed some weakness by checking into him.

2: please, please god c-bet this board. That board misses the whole world, we showed strength pre, we HAVE to c-bet here. If we're flat called, we HAVE to bet the turn.

3: Again, c-bet. As played... If we're going to bet the river, why $16? I c/c the river, but if I bet it's more like $50-$70.

hand 1: i called his turn bet and c/c or c/f on the river depending his bet sizing. Against passive villains, i like to lead out on this turn and fold to their raise obviously.

hand 2: i c/r his flop bet and shove on this turn if this guy is aggressive.

hand 3: i bet around $28 on the flop and shutdown in later streets. On the rive, i probably c/f or c/c a small bet.

In hand 1, worse hands will bet there. I would just shove the turn but I'm not sold that it's the best line.

#1 I prefer to b/f turn, we´re either facing KQ or are dead

#2 C/r this flop.

#3 I like

Hand 1: I also prefer b/f turn.

Hand 2: I prefer c-bet and 2barril the J on turn. As played I either c/r or fold flop depending on OOP.

Hand 3: nh. I think he has JJ or T9 most of the time, but you cannot fold to the min raise on river.

Jimmy44 and XTR1000 both added a c/r on hand 2.... and I'm glad to read this because it was my first instinct. Suddenly, I lost my balls and decided to call then lead instead.

I'm starting to agree with everyone on here about the AA hand on the turn. Maybe a lead would have been better. It makes sense that if you are going to call a $20 on the turn, why not bet it yourself?

Yeah it's for pot control.

If I had bet and this was your average go lucky Joe player, villain would not be putting any additional chips into the pot if they were behind. So I don't see any value out of betting. It's true that if I had bet instead on the flop and villain called, I'm probably going to shut down post turn assuming I don't improve. This would be great information to have, but I chose to check.

Checking is difficult because it almost always puts us in a though spot later on in the hand (no matter what happened after we checked flop. But, checking here can be profitable if we induce bluffs or show enough weakness on the flop that may translate into thin value bets on later streets.

Again though, checking makes the hand difficult. During todays session, I was betting in this similar spot instead of checking and it made for less thinking, less time on one hand (i'm multi-tabling), less stress, and IMO, less profits within that specific hand. I suppose you could call this particular bet a "fuck it. i'll bet, and whether or not you call - this hands over."
