Internally, we've been discussing sharing notes on players, creating a master database of information that would be downloadable. We would need to regularly upload the new notes we take, consolidate them to the database (by date and time stamping each note), and then downloading the entire master again.

I was concerned about accepting other players' notes, there are some players I believe know what they are doing, but a lot of others whose notes may be of questionable quality.
