In all honesty the hand could have ended on the flop. When you flop top-set you need to work out how you are going to get all the money into the pot. Here, you don't even need a raise throughout the hand. It is pretty fluent to get all the money in and before villain knows it, he's getting 3:1 on his river call with normally a 2pr or AK/AJ type hand.
