The board pairing really put me in a hard descion, because hes a passive player I put him on somehting very strong, 2 pair or trips. Against most players I would raise this very hard even after the turn and river of course. Ive played with him before, he dosnt even reraise if he hits trips on a flop but he will call almost any raise thrown at him.
Any comments would be greatly appreciated.

To me this is not indicative of 2 pair or trips. The first call could be JJ slowplaying and hoping to get a chance to reraise, but after you raise he just smooth calls again. To me that says flush or strait draw or both. Most two pairs or sets will push over or re-raise you strong there. The board pairing doesn't really scare me when the flop play went like this. I bet the turn to protect against the flush.

How come you checked the river? Boat potential? I think at least a value bet is in order.

A set will be just as afraid of a straight on the flop, as you are of the set when the board paired on the turn. Given that, a set will reraise you on that flop to find out if you have the straight on most occasions.

If you're really afraid of the house on the turn, then bet enough to make it incorrect for the draw, while still remaining cautious. Do NOT give away free cards with a better draw against your already made hand sitting up there.

Poker isn't about what's possible. It's about what's likely on a case by case basis. If you get tentative every time a board pairs, then you'll make a lot of bad decisions. Allow your opponent to tell you the board pair helped him. Otherwise disregard it with a made hand. This is especially the case when a low card pairs. It becomes much less likely that it helped someone when there was flop action. This is more the case when you have something like two pair and would be a dog to possible trips.

I like my flop play, on the turn the pot is about 22.5, what woud be a general appropriate raise here, 1/2 pot? I dont see a point in a pot sized bet, because it would be so large that his only option would be move all in or fold.

I like your flop play too. It accomplishes two goals: A) You get money in the pot with the nuts, and B) You get some info as to the strength of your opponents hand. Since he doesn't reraise you, the info you get is that he is drawing almost definitely.

Half the pot on the turn is fine. Gives him 3:1 to draw on a 4:1 shot (flush draw). If he pushes over though i think i'm still calling if the turn is a blank just because of his flop action.
