Push. Give the stack sizes and no solid read I don't see how you're getting away from KK here. I mean, what kind of flop were you hoping for when you reraised him?
Also, you said you thought his range was AA, KK, QQ, JJ. You're only losing to one of these hands, and KK is unlikely, so I don't understand why you think this is a tough decision. I'm guessing you ran into AA.

It's a standard trap play to smooth call a raise or reraise with AA/KK preflop. Putting in a third bet with AA will basically tell hero what hand he has and hero might be able to get off his KK.
