How to make bodog HHs possible to read?

I am having problem copy-pasteing bodog's Hand Histories to the forums. They just suck! has any of you bodog players figured out how to make them easier to read?? I would some interesting hands to ask or to brag about

just try and re-format them urself a bit, I have to with my Prima type HHs.

the worst thing about BoDogs are theyre all one chunk of text, add a load of paragraphing at least Maybe delete all the pointless timestamps too etc.

Notepad is an awesome tool
