How not to play AKs

I'm posting this mostly because I deserve to look at it again. Bad, bad bad.

No reads on Villain.
I know this was played terribly. I was probably in a bad place at the time.
I can't remember if I looked at the stack sizes/pot size or not, but the size of the raise was terrible. I had nothing but over cards and he called a PFRR.

Is folding the flop too weak or the smart thing to do? Leading for $3 threw me off.
If I did continue should I...
a) call & turn dependent
b) just make my raise greater
c) cut myself

I don't see anything that terrible about this hand. He's not going away so you can give up (as your outs are probably dead)...you could raise to $12 on the flop but result is the same...if he's folding with his feeler bet then he's folding to $9 just as much $12 so I think it's fine.

My apologies, I didn't check stack-sizes here before I commented...and they affect a lot in this case since shorties behave differently...and that makes your A or K more likely to be outs or for that matter even good.
Now I see what holdin2 was saying about his flop reraise...gues you might as well put shorty allin on the flop if you are gonna raise him up at all.
And then you might as well call his last piddly raise after you reraised him and not save yourself that $9 if you are even behind.

I play it similarly against a full stack (but raise the flop more) and against a shorty I call the all-in re-raise.

So I think I played it wrong for the wrong reasons apparently?
