Default How should I play this hand?

I limp behind two other limpers from the button with QJo (I know about QJo). Flop comes Q-rag-rag with 2 clubs. Checked to me I bet .50, and both call. Turn is a rag-spade. Checked to me again, I bet .80. Get minraised by the first person to 1.60, and the second guy caught in the middle calls it. I call as well. River is a Jack of clubs, giving me two pair, but also giving someone the flush. The first person bets $5 and the second person quickly folds. I think about the hand in my head. I have the Q-Clubs, so I rule out Ac-Qc. I decide to call due to his raise on the turn, would he raise the turn with a flush draw? I call and he flips over 8c-2c. I forget wuhat all the rags where on the board, but he had no pair, and check minraised the turn with an 8 high.

I get the feeling I needed to not call the river bet, but he played the hand not at all like he had a flush draw, so I decided to call. Maybe I could have thought he had a set, but why minraise the turn like that?

Either he's a bad player (very possible) or he's kind of devious and wants to set himself up for a good-sized takedown on the river. It's more common to bet or raise when the flush draw first shows up - this line is a little weird, but all the more difficult to read because of that fact.

The minraise served its purpose: it made you think about his
hand enough to convince yourself he had something other than
the flush draw. I'll use this if I see a player take a long time
between draws. He threw you a curve ball.
