How well were these hands played?

I moved down in limits since the last time I asked for help in Nov, and although I'm not doing much better, I'm doing a little better. Thanks for all the advice on here.
The main thing I've realized is that I need to respect my opponents' bet size as an indicator of strength post-flop (I see enough trash & suited connector raises before flop that pre-flop raises mean less to me, except for re-raises which make me think high PP).

Cash games really help my tourney play.

How is the bet size? That's what I struggled with most the last time I was here -- I'd bet amounts that were too high most of the time -- a bet that only a better hand would call, and would scare off a worse hand. I've read a more on odds, which has helped a lot. It's tough to bet enough to extract $$ from people while preventing them from drawing out on you (I guess thats poker, haha)
