Default How would you handle this AK? ($10NL)

People like the flop raise? How about the turn push? What worries me is I might be trying to force out a lower flush draw which would donate its whole stack if it comes in. Should I care? Thanks

The flop raised does not need to be so big. Make it $1.75 total. Check behind a non-heart non-A/K turn.

Yeah what he said. I tend to take my fr33 card against unknown donkeys. Semibluffing the turn sucks against players who hate folding. Good luck trying to get him off JQ offsuit

You know I've been thinking about this and while it's true there are players who won't fold there are also lots of weak tight players. This guy was one and he folded to my turn push. So if I can spot these players, perhaps by their WTSD% I may be able to push them around with big bets. Be fun finding out anyway.

This is absolutely true, however you need reads. With the right read TPTK in the nuts (e.g. they will min-raise turn with anything stronger). You just have to watch for the passive that won't fold middle pair and make sure you don't bluff off a stack to him.

Your push if fine against even a minimal amount of fold equity
It's not what's inside that counts. Have you seen what's inside?
Internal organs. And they're getting uglier by the minute.

If you give yourself 15 clean outs.

Edit: errr, nm, I forgot how big the pot was on the flop. I don't really even think you need FE for this to be OK now that I look at it. However, the hand kind of turned into spew with the big flop raise. You can still get all the money in the pot with a smaller flop raise if you hit your hand.
