BB checks, UTG+1 checks, Hero bets $4.5, BB raises to $9, UTG+1 folds, Hero calls $4.50.

I think I had to call this with my flush draw and two overcards... didn't think raising was a good idea, because he could fire back an AI and I would have to fold.

Should I have raised him here?

Okay, so no flush... probably should have folded, but I thought there was a chance that he had nothing and was on a busted flush draw. Results to follow.
