Check/fold. No reason to believe he doesn't have a big pair.

What if the flop was Axx or Kxx?

I fold this pre-flop to the re-raise until someone gives me a good reason to call or 4-bet this.

I think half the time they would have QQ or less.. If you hit on the flop, then you can c/r a c-bet. If they 3-bet, then you can dump. Blank flop, I think check/folding works.

Doesn't sound like a winning plan to me. You do realize that if you play like that, any 2 cards are getting the best of you (even if they never 3-bet bluff)?

Then you're playing for stacks. If you're worried about AA or KK you should have folded PF. With an A or K high flop you should be willing to die with this.

    I CR all in.

    Drinking your milkshake.
I fold this preflop. Against an average player, you stand to either win a small pot or lose a big one. AK plays badly against a reraise, esp out of position.

agreed, although against a very agressive player who will 3-bet preflop with a very wide range I think this statement doesn't necessarily hold true. To the point where it's probably worth a call. (discuss?)

As far as playing OOP, yeah, it sucks.

More specifically, playing OOP in marginal situations (like this one) sucks. Just fold preflop...

Up into the 200NL level you can pick most of these guys out with-in 2 or 3 orbits. Until then, everyone is too passive pre-flop until shown otherwise. Folding AKo to a positional re-raise from an unknown player is a far smaller mistake then continuing to play against AA/KK/QQ/AK out of position.
