Im torn on the river play. I think inducing a bluff could be better than value betting. However, you lose control of the size of bet you would like going into the pot if you do this. As far as the turn goes it's a weird spot, villain could just be calling with two overcards or he has a flush draw. If you do bet the river be prepared to fold to any kind of raise.
