That flop is far too drawy to bet 0.6. You want to exploit the flushdraws/OESDs and make them call with incorrect odds. 2/3 pot+ sounds good, maybe full pot at 10NL. Generally, unless there is an extremely obvious hand out there that beats you and your opponents are telling you they've got it (like 88 on an 8d9dTd board) you should find a way of getting it in. Plan out your betting sizes. You want to get $10 in the pot over three streets, which is more likely to get you paid? 2 on flop, 3 on turn, 5 on river? etc.
