I fold, but otherwise this is how I'd play it. The best you can hope for is some kind of a draw. Against his value range your equity is non-existent.

4bet pre-flop? Seems like it would be immediately profitable. Flatting the 3bet might be more profitable, though.

As played, fold the turn, I think...

I keep going back and forth about raising the flop or not. It seems almost like a sorta-ahead/WB, but we're ahead more often than not, but raising tips our hand a bit and allows villain to fold when we're ahead, shove when we're behind, and bluff-shove enough to make things hard for us.

The turn changes nothing, so if we're not raising the flop, I don't think we bet the turn. I check the turn, call any reasonable river bet, even if the river is the K diamonds or something. If villain checks river, then I make a ~half-pot or so, folding to a shove.

    What is 3b% and 3b vs steal%?

I think these may be important here. As played and without the info, I play the same and I fold turn.

if we cant call a check-shove, and he really can't call with a worse hand, why are we betting the turn?

and I think overall 3bet percentage is irrelevant here, but it's just over 3%, which means he almost never 3bets in other positions.

haha this argument fromt he zilla thread is going to spill over to here but basically until we have some sort of history of 4b/fold or getting into LP warrz I don't want to 4bet for value with JJ when we clearly have great equity against his range. We even have position this time...

I'm agreeing with the 'dont bet the turn thing'

although he could call with a decent draw since i'm giving him decent odds. Only thing is in 3bet pots everyone loves to shove their draws instead of playing them passive so I should've thought of that before I bet.

yeah you guys are right about betting the turn
does that mean if we held AK it would not be a good board to float?

This hand is so similar to the QQ hand... I LOVE checking the turn in these spots because it's the same way I'd play AK.
