    Default K-K 100NL

    Got to fold here, right?

    FullTiltPoker Game #2120525052: Table Underhill - $0.50/$1

    Hero: ($103.60)
    Villain 1: ($55.85) (21/6/3) ~300 hands
    Villain 2: ($34.45)

    *** HOLE CARDS ***
    Dealt to Hero: [Kh Kd]
    2 folds
    Hero: raises to $3.50
    2 folds
    Villain 1: calls $3.50
    2 folds
    Villain 2(BB): calls $2.50
    *** FLOP *** [Qs 7s 2c]

    Villain 2: bets $6
    Hero: raises to $15
    Villain 1: raises to $52
    Vilain 2: folds
    Hero: ?

Is it very unlikely villain has A-Q? I figured he must've had a set of 7's or 2's. Anyone think i should have called?

With the flush draw out there I'd think about it.

Well you're getting over 3:1 here. You're only beaten by 77 and 22. I think there's enough chance that he's gambling it up with AQ/QJs/flush draw to call here. The only question here is is this a good call ~24% of the time, I think the clear answer to this is yes.

Call. Unless your opponent has AA, you are in good shape.

...Or QQ, or 77 or 22, although i think QQ may re-raise preflop. I think the flush draw is the best you can hope your up against here. Whats your table image? if your Lagging it up he might take that stand with AQ but that re-re--raise on the flop is a strong move and hes fully commiting himself here. His stats make him out to be quite a tight player. Not sure he'd do that with AQ.

Remember the Villan 2 here who raises OOP against 2 players, Hero re-raises then Villan 1 re-re-raises commiting himself here even with the presence of a 2 other aggressive bets, hes basically saying hes not scared of what the Villan 2 or hero has. I dont think your KK is good enough
to call here, but maybe im just a tight nit.

This one is tough, because villain is half stacked. If you have 300 hands on him, you should know how he plays a draw with position on an equity board.

Honestly, I feel like you're being smoked here. His bet is out of place even for a shorty with those kind of numbers, unless you have a specific read that he overplays flush draws.

I think the X factor in this hand, is that he more than likely knows your hand is strong enough to call a push. I would tend to give someone with 21/6 credit in a spot like that, unless I have that read otherwise.
It's not what's inside that counts. Have you seen what's inside?
Internal organs. And they're getting uglier by the minute.

I never fold here. If it's ever AQ, which I think it is often enough, it's an easy call.

    call.

You CANNOT fold this to a 50bbs buyin/stack ever considering the board nad the fact we KNOW he will felt AQ/KQ and maybe even QJs here or Axs with a pair and flush draw.

But if he will also shove Axs, Q-J, K-Q, our equity greatly improves.

Somebody correct me if I'm wrong here but you only need 24% equity to call this push. As we can see by the OPs stoving, worst case scenerio is KK only has 40% equity. This is an easy +ev call.
  11. #11
No, worst case scenario is that villian is a super nit wtih a range of QQ+/77/22, and we have 2 outs (ca. 10% equity).

That being said, cannot fold an overpair for 50BB on this board.

you pretty much have to call. i dont like the situation either though but with odds you are ahead enough even though its not as much as some of you think.
