On the river you are only beat by four 5's,99 or AA you definately cant fold without a really good read like he only raises river with nuts or 2nd nuts. I probably come out betting on the river for value.

I bet 20 on the river for value.

Honestly, what do you have against the converter?

Anyways, a check call on this river is too weak, you are ahead of the majority of your opponents range and he has shown he is willing to call down here without showing much aggression. Id expect to see a mid PP here a lot of the time. Bet around $20ish for value.

If I check this river, I'm shoving over the top of his bet. QQ-TT no g00t.

Stars histories are really easy to read.

Even if the converter doesnt work correctly 100% of the time Id still see it as common courtesy to atleast use the FTR emoticons, and there are other converters out there too.

Why doesn't one of the wizards just fix the convertor? They're pretty basic errors. I would but my time in programming was a long time ago.

Its more work than you think. I have tried to write my own converter for just one site. I can't imagine trying to write one that handles most sites. Text parsing is just a mess when there are so many exceptions.

    good attitude

by the way, when you make the reader sort through all the screennames, all the useless table chat, meticulously look at all the stack sizes, and suits, and all those folds preflop, and make them calculate pot sizes along the way (while they don't forget effective stack sizes!), how much is left on each street, etc., I find the advice that comes is generally of lesser quality. Not always, but often. And if you notice, some people don't even respond to hands that aren't converted. It's your decision I guess, but I've said this before, it takes 2 seconds to convert a hand, and assuming it works for the site you play on, you should convert it.

fwiw I agree with you that stars HH's are the best and easiest to read.
