Hi all, this play just doesnt feel right. Would it be correct in higher limits where fold equity comes into play?

I believe i had a tight table image, and was trying to lag it up a bit (although i was out of pos, it was a tight table preflop). is this semi-bluff ok on the flop, or ami just thinking it is correct play cause i won the hand?
