I'm going to let this roll for a bit until somebody comes up with the answer... I think it's fascinating trying to dissect hands like this after the fact.
More info: I had only seen her raise aggressively pre-flop once, when an opponent raised 7xBB and she re-raised him 12xBB. On that hand she turned out to have pocket aces. Other hands she had always limped, called a raise, or min-raised, showing down a wide variety of hands from trash on up to pocket jacks.
