I don't play near your stakes, but here is my take:
I would raise at least a little more preflop.
The flop bet seems pretty good. I might have bet the entire pot to make sure the draws pay. With KT and 2 clubs, he's likely to have some sort of draw.
My main change would be to bet at least 1/2 the pot on the turn. This way, you can more easily tell the difference between your opponent aggressively betting at a check and raising with more likely a real hand. If he raises the turn bet, you can probably fold.
Of course, if he is capable of reraising as a bluff, he could still steal this pot from you.
I doubt your opponent would ever fold this hand, even if you pushed on the flop. So your only chance of winning this hand is going to showdown and having him miss his outs. You're 50-50 if you both push on the flop.
