Thanks for the comments. As for the investing i've tried options on FullTilt for depositing money and talked with support about my situation and they can't seem to help me out. Had roughly the same problem when I played at Party, but managed to deposit there with the phone card option which was weird. FullTilt doesn't have any lower stakes than .05/.10 that I know of, I wish they had .01/.02.
