call, fake block/3bet blank rivers, bet big on non-blank rivers.

call/ c/r all in on river or as nuts says

I would call and bet $120 on the river. I'd really really hate to miss a bet in this big of a pot against a total unknown.

I called. I didn't really like the river if he has just a naked 7.

    River 10c (pot $257 and $300 effective)

I agree with fnord on this river. I think villain has QQ+ or a 7 here and would have bet the river if checked to on a non-club board.

Fnord: I doubt villain raises turn with QQ+ here and is likely to do that on flop because of the draw. Villain either has air or the 7 here a lot and on a non club board check/shove will get us a lot more money in the long run than 'settling' for $120.

So I'm a pretty sick and twisted man to play AA/KK like this?

for this reason, shouldn't we be 3 betting the turn? It makes us look like we have QQ+ and he can stack us.

How many unpaired 7x hands to people tend to play in that game? We don't have a fish read and his stack size is a little interesting as he either played some big pots recently or has been at the table for a while.

I'm thinking QQ+/77/22/CrubFrushDraw/A7s/76s/78s Maybe some wild bluffs in there or a weird 7x hand. None of those are a clear fit other than 77/22/bluff, but we can't rule them out given the lack of information on our opponent.

fnord hes like infinity more likely to have 7x than qq+. Also 3betting turn is bad vs a solid player because they would not want to felt 76s/87s this deep in this fashion. the call and donk is going to make him love his 7x if the river is a blank though.
