Newbie advice, be warned

1) either go for pricing the draws and bet 3/4 pot and keep consistent, or give up on pricing and just control the pot and bet around 1/3 pot consistently. Your line feels like something inbetween both. I think it might even be ok to be half-assed about it here. Bet 3/4 pot on the flop, then 1/4 pot on the turn after a possible draw completes there. You might actually get a weaker hand to call you that way..

2) fold (unless a read tells you otherwise)

3) same thing as 1).. I'd check/call this down to the river. (call only sensible bets ofcourse) I don't want to be playing for a big pot/stacks with such a weak overpair. Either that or rep a bigger hand by betting BIG if you feel lucky.
