With such small stakes, neither happens often enough, hence I'd rather limp and hope someone catches second best like davfagan said. Players at this level are too often willing to put their entire stack in the center in an unraised pot with top pair suspect kicker. However, the table might be playing weird enough, or the raise might set-up a future play giving the raise merit. Although if they're calling with JQo....
