See it this way:

Your draw is strong in and of itself, yet the amount of players in the hand on the flop weaken it considerably, since more hands may outdraw you.
Also remember, its not OE, you got less outs to a made hand.

I think that investing little money into this pot may be the way to go. Try and minimize your possible losses here.
