I don't really agree here. I'm in the CO with folds behind, and with a 3xbb PFR I'm pretty sure I'm going to take down the blinds or only get called by Ax or a loose player with a worse hand. It did work out perfectly in this situation I admit, but it seems like this hand would be easy to get away from if I don't hit.
You are OTB holding KTo with an early position limper. Reads definately help here. The limper likely has a small PP or a marginal hand that has you dominated, ie. KJ, KQ, AT, etc. I personally fold here, but you have position and if you are confident in your post-flop skills, I don't necessarily think a raise is a bad play here.
