If I'm not folding preflop I'm folding on the turn.

The turn did scream out that one of them had hit something big, whether it be the straight or a set.

Although if you consider pot size the bet is easily callable, it's just the way it's made so obvious that at least one of them has hit the straight that I'd fold here.

That was ringing in my head, however with the size of the pot, I felt I had to and pray I fill my boat on the river.

Nope - you've got a 4 out draw to fill up, and your pot odds aren't anywhere close to justifying this decision. It's hard to do, but let it go.
