Default Q9s iso, tp and fd c-r'ed on flop - river too thin to bet?

Villain thinks he's a pro. Maybe he is? kinda chatty, 15-10 seems positionally aware and kinda tricky - but not very good and prone to FPS. Unusual to see an open limp, almost certainly a pocket pair 22-99. Flop I gotta c-bet with TP and a flush draw. Pushing seemed silly and I think I got some decent implied odds if the flush hits. No way I'm doing anything other than checking this turn behind. River - is this too thin to value bet?

    shove flop.

as played it's really hard to work out what he could have that has showdown valueand that we beat because why would he be turning worse into bluff on the flop so I probs just check.

I must say that I don't do this often, but here, against this villain, it's good as he might take a stand with JJ-TT or AK

    re-raise the flop.
