Default Risky preflop leads to perfect turn - value?

Initial raiser is just dead money - hence when he gives me a look at his stck here i cant resist - preflop is meh w/e

Turn, his hand looks like AK/KQ - best line here?
Slight history in that he keeps calling my blind defence 3bets and either flopping good or just stationing me out of pots

    PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $1.00 BB (8 handed) - Poker-Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

    Hero (CO) ($113.45)
    Button ($33.50)
    SB ($40.95)
    BB ($84.70)
    UTG ($102)
    UTG+1 ($99.70)
    MP1 ($15.50)
    MP2 ($39.05)

Preflop: Hero is CO with 9, 10
    1 fold, UTG+1 bets $3, 2 folds, Hero calls $3, 1 fold, SB raises to $8, 1 fold, UTG+1 calls $5, Hero calls $5

    Flop: ($25) 8, Q, K (3 players)
SB checks, UTG+1 checks, Hero checks

    Turn: ($25) 7 (3 players)
    SB bets $16, UTG+1 raises to $32, Hero ???

calling leaves us with a perfect amount to set us up for a river shove. but we only have a ten high flush and a 4th spade might kill our hand so i'd rather raise here

there's a ton out there just shove; it's unlikely you're beat
