yeah this is horrendous, firstly fold preflop every time, 2nd don't put another cent in postflop on this board.

probably including the flop if you're in danger of spazzing out in this manner frequently on turns and rivers

try and explain your play on every street in writing. Post it here. See what people think of it (e.g. called preflop cos in position and DEEP, confident open raiser won't 4-bet and have narrow range 3-bet + spewy post-flop read on MP3, etc.)
