Default set deep-stacked vs. a lagg - river decision

Villain is 45/19 over ~150 hands. Has been very active at this table, doesn't seem very good, but he's made a couple of nice plays. Won his stack by pick off a river bluff from another lagg and bullying a lot of pots, including one from me. I won my stack pushing a set on a drawy board.

i would have bet 61 on the turn, and then the river is like 4:1 so i call.

As played call. He might actually be bluffing, but mostly he'll have two pair.
