Caveat - I don't play these stakes non-live so my experience there is zero so I'm responding for 'practice'.

Hand 1: Why not reraise standard here? If that takes it preflop, que lastima but that's the way it goes sometimes. 'Sides I'm sure you reraise lighter here often enough.

Hand 2: Blank - I'm betting again, spade - I'm probably betting to fold to a reraise

Hand 3: I'm reraising (and I'm assuming that there aren't any callers before it gets to you) standard preflop here as well...fold or call 3-bet depends on how nitty I really think he is...but I could certainly find a fold.

Hand 4: This one almost seems to be the trickiest as it's mostly about extracting value as you certainly have the best hand now. We're not likely to be up against a draw or a lower set so what gets called most? I need to read more NLHE T&P but I would tend to bet like $37, or maybe even check (likely less often), simply because I think too much more action from you gets a fold and I'm ranging 88+, QJ+ and we're mostly vulnerable to Qx .
