i dont like to slowplay AA early in the tournament mainly for the reason of the reward isnt going to be enough to risk it. Too many callers early on that could have virtually anything. one of them flops two pair or better and i'm going to be losing a fair bit of money unless they bet out a huge amount. I'd rather raise it and see if anyone has a good enough hand to play and risk taking only the blinds. Later I can mask my AA with the standard preflop raise i've used on my playing hands and likely get a caller or two especially in shorthanded play.. hope they hit the flop and bet into me. then the check raise comes and then fun begins 8)
