My thoughts (I'll try not to be results oriented).

1) Preflop and flop are good. I would check that turn though. He's not calling your flop bet with a draw, so he's either got you crushed or is setting up for a bluff. Try to go for a cheap showdown, otherwise fold.

2) I think you played it fine, although another alternative might be to just call the flop bet and then raise the turn. If he 3-bets you there, then easy fold. As played it's tough but I'd fold that river w/o a specific read.

3) Sucks, but I fold to the push without a read. All you beat is a bluff here.

4) Perfect.

5) Cry and fold. Only hand you stand a chance against is A K

6) Goot, although I'd be really tempted to shove once the action gets back to you for the last time. Smallguy only has $100 more, so it puts you in a tough spot it you miss the flop and he bets out.
