Hand 1: Seems standard. His call his one of a few things and each thing has you beat by river. No sense in playing in a big pot OOP with a weak postflop hand.
Hand 2: Although a calling station, I lead on the flop. Let him make the next move if he calls flop bet. Calling river is fine imo.
Hand 3: If he's got a tight raising range like 4%, you can't be playing for much less than a set. The flop raise is a good "do you have a missed big ace?" kind of question... But his call signifies otherwise - no need for anymore $ in this pot because a weaker hand is not calling your raise.
