Stat checkup at 25NL before moving to 50NL

I recently started playing more FR. I wanted to do 50kish hands of 25NL to get the hang of it before moving to 50NL. This was 24 tabled so the sample is uber small but any obvious leaks I should plug before moving up? Thanks for any input.


Also, how to deal with flop cbet raises...it seems in FR anyone who's not a maniac fish that raises the flop has a set or better. How do I adjust to this as the cbettor? Because of this, I started raising the flop on certain boards more often as the regs hardly ever continue when cbets are raised.

You have room to open up your game though both preflop and postflop given your PFR is a bit on the low side and W$WSF has some definite room for improvement (aggression seems to be on the low side). However, I think you are very likely +EV at 50nl despite this and wouldn't discourage you from moving up until you have a reason to drop down.

What is your fold to flop cbet?

Even though my VPIP/PFR is virtually identical to yours, you're more aggressive than me in basically every area and I'm beating 50NL

@ M2M what should your agg stats look like at FR?

Aggression both preflop and postflop has room to increase.

low W$WSF suggests overall low aggression postflop (or just giving up too much, not necessarily meaning you aren't aggressive when you choose to play a hand - which is basically why aggression factor is a useless piece of shit stat given how its calculated because it is misleading. aggression frequency is easier to interpret imo.)

Your flop cb in LP is something that might be exploitable, but 50NL regs are super bad so idk. You can filter for LP raise first, check your flop cb % and see if it's over 50% and if people are giving you any trouble. If your pfr range goes up to 25% + you can't cb 70% anymore without opening yourself up to a lot of pain if someone is paying attention.

When you move up, don't overcompensate by playing too agro against the crazies like m2m and oskar and you'll do fine playing how you are.

Thanks for the your input and advice guys. 50NL is going pretty ok for now...will ask for a reevaluation once I hit 50k or so hands at this level.
