nope, Your holding the As and 7s so a Str8 draw, Nut flush draw, and a chance to post a str8 flush hand. AWW IN. I do have one to post when I get home. I hit the nut flush on the turn, river is four to a gutshot Str8 flush. He pushed, do I fold.

100bbs deep with a flopped nutflush isnt a decision IMO.

lol.. definitely being levelled. Pretty funny post though.

Obviously this is a fold. Who stacks off with an Ace high flush on an unpaired board, when an obvious straight flush is staring them in the face!

To quote a famous saying: "Find a better spot."

    lol..

No, easy call. I doubt the villian is calling an $8 re-raise with 2s 4s. He could have Ks Qs, or probably pocket 6's. Call and take his money. If he did call an $8 re-raise with 2s4s then reload, he'll give it back. Probably a better chance he has something like KK or QQ, JJ and just wanted to push you off your hand if he thought you might have a flush draw or straight draw.

Ive seen a lot of this kind of play lately at Stars. Where you might have a couple limpers at 0.50/1.00 or 1/2NL and someone will push all in pre-flop. Risking their whole stack for a $5 or $6 pot, sometimes less. This is at the 6 max tables.

I laid it down and he showed the goods. This just goes to show a) overbets are generally the nuts and b) you gotta trust your reads

good laydown, James Bond couldnt do that.

Absent a read(and you didn't give info to make one), this could be so many other hands then the nuts. Given no read and the PF action, I couldn't fold it.

i dont fold nut flushes 100bbs deep at 100nl. Period.
  21. #21
No way I fold that hand. Chances of him having 2s 4s have to be so slim that folding that hand makes it a loosing play in the long run. I don't claim to be a numbers guy though, so I could be wrong. Also according to Cardrunners, Overbets are made more to get you to lay down your hand than play it. He most likely lost some good money by pushing there. He could have taken most your whole stack if he hadn't played it that way.

Ok I'll help out griffey, Miffed, Rabid, Aces, and possibly swiggidy.

The only purpose of the OP was to mock the other thread of the same name in this forum.

Right now nutsinho is sitting back in his chair twiddling his fingers in a Monty Burns stlye way laughing at the havoc he has caused.

I think WildBobAAs analysis is best here.

It's real easy, if the post has hero holding a kick-ass hand where the only holding that could beat him is 24s in a raised pot preflop, he's joking.

I was wondering why Nutsinho would be posting this type question though
  32. #32

Download it again. I got the same error, but it works now.

Ya, I finally read the other thread. I skipped it before because the HH were all fucked and confusing. The minimal amount of effort in my reply was an indication that I wondered why nutsinho was asking such a question. So I was only partially leveled.

BTW, there are several excellent examples of post-whoring in this thread . Just in case I write about effective emoticon use instead .
