Bet the flop, It better disguises the set and protects against the flush. You'll also find out who else has a hand to play with incase someone else makes the joint, you may be able to get away with the jack kicker. You're only worried about Q5 really flopping it hard. Everything looks real clean.

I was hoping to check raise, they had been folding a lot to my raises.

A check raise ruins your hand. The gig is automatically up. If you lead out, you'll win bigger pots in this situation.

I was pretty damn close to raising. It may have given me info on his hand too.

Isnt their a mistake with this line....You bet, he calls and then you call again???, how is that possible, I may just be missing something, excuse my stupidity please :P

LOL, maybe I'm not too good on the hand converter.

The dude had the Q5, If I'd bet out the flop I may have been check raised myself, and been able to fold.
