I think this is a hand that depends on how confident your reads are. If she isn't a fish, I'm not so sure that she would limp/call your MP raise with Axs out of position. Limp EP, call a raise, check knowing you'll try to steal, and a minraise, to me, reads like a set, especially if she knows you're going to try to steal and not check behind.
I'd say most of the time she has a set (60-70), a lot less for JJ (10-20), maybe 10% for Axs and you're a coinflip, and 10-20% she's unimproved and thinks you're trying to steal and tries represent the set. While I wouldn't put a whole lot of money on her semi/bluffing, I was not the one playing with her, and thats sort of the X factor.
I would prefer to call and just take one off getting decent odds for your flush draw, and fold to a big bet by her on the turn. I guess thats why you're $95.50 richer than me. ;]
