Default Top set: better to slowplay in position?

Villian was only raising 4% of his hands, so I was hoping that he'd have an overpair here and be willing to get it all in. The whole "play sets and draws the same" concept entered my head as well, but in retrospect there isn't much of a draw I could have here. Do you just call?

I generally play sets fast but, yeah, on this flop I'd tend to just call and turn up the heat on the turn...

I don't like the re raise on the flop as much. With this board I wouldn't worry about draws so letting him catch a card and some hope is ok. I would save the re-raise for the turn, and if he C/F's then you lose nothing.

Is calling here really playing slow? A lot of money is getting in, he's betting the pot basically so you can let him bet it for you by just calling the flop, you're still building a nice pot.

I like the reraise, this is often a kind of flop that strong overpairs will push on

I guess it depends on whether you put him on QQ+ or AK/AQ, either way it is strange that he would make such a large bet and then fold. Big c-bet.

you should be raising this flop almost always, the only way youre stacking an overpair is by getting it in on the flop. call flop, raise turn will get an instafold from any decent player. also raise more, 50ish.
