You're right, but I'm here to learn and this is why i'm seeking help from more experience players. I've always thought in terms of big blinds when there is betting.
I don't know if I've just played with weird people, but i really seem to get mixed feelings on what to do with certain hands especially pre-flop, there are often limpers with great starting hands including AK, AKs and even QQ, KK etc - one shouldn't always raise a lot preflop with these?
Or is it just that certain hands should be raised more preflop and others shouldn't - ive lost incredible amounts raising a lot with certain hands, especially the AK, AQ and such so are those better to limp with and the high pair better to raise ?
