I think he has to bet with anything he's calling a bet with, so I kind of like a c/r bomb on the turn. If for some super nitty reason he checks behind for pot control, you can just shove the river, it's not that much of an overbet.
Call m/r then lead straighty turn looks like, well, a straight. But then so does a c/r...
There are basically 2 bets remaining. We either want a bet/raise or check/bet/raise on turn or just bet turn bet river. Third is slightly worse because it's reasonable that he has a set and the board could pair.
You could even probe bet turn for like 50, that leaves 2/3 pot or so on the river (assuming he raises). That's probably the worst if he has a set, since he has odds to suck out.
It probably doesn't matter much. Villain is going to either decide you have a straight or not, and act accordingly. Maybe the best is to play it to set up future bluffs (your choice of c/r, small bet, value bet, a/i)
