If I don't 3-bet the flop and boat up the turn, how often and how much can I expect to extract from those 2? If I hit the turn do I lead, cc, or cr?

Do i really have enough fold equity to 3-bet AI, forcing the chaser out, and chase against a possibly made flush? I have 7 outs on turn and 10 outs on river (if my turn didn't hit), so what are my odds of boating up?
