Default From vpip/pfr to calling range

I'd be interested in what kinds of generalizations you guys like to make when we have a 100-ish hands sample on someone where it doesn't make a whole lot of sense to look for specific stats, how you think their stats so far translate to their calling range in specific spots.

    for example:
100bb stacks, 9 handed... no habitual squeezers or maniacs left to act. This is obv. not an exact science and there are other factors, but I thought it would be fun.

    1)
    villain is 17/5/3 OTB
hero opens 4x from MP1, villain calls

    2)
    villain is 30/3/0 in MP3
    hero opens 4x from UTG

    3)
    villain is 16/12/4 in OTB
    hero opens 3.5 from HJ

cold-calling ranges are tighter than vpip ranges
    1. bunch of pretty-looking cards (75s, A2s, 22)
    2. bunch of ok-looking cards (87o, A9o, J6s)
    3. strong cards that are not worth a 3b, but too strong to 3b bluff with (AQo, 77, AJs)
