Default Was this a good call or just a lucky catch??

Hey folks. Could someone look at this and let me know if i played it stupid and if so, why? I'm trying to analyze my hands and see if I am making good decisions but I'm not sure here. Based on the info I had after the flop it seemed like a marginal call but after I saw how lucky I was with the river I'm just not sure. Thanks a bunch.

ok in thinking this through a bit more, im thinking his big pf reraise should have maybe got me thinking a bit more, but im wondering what you guys would have done. would you have folded QQ right there and if not, what about after the flop? Thanks again.

Yeah, I'd call that flop in a heart-beat.

Interesting Fnord - does that have to do with the level of play?

Looking at the HH and from what I know of this level of HE, reraises for most players are AK and JJ+ so the only thing in that range that you beat is AK!

I probably fold this as I'm drawing to 6 outs.

    Marry Me Cheryl!!!
    id like some clarification here.
This is a case of QQ falling in love with a flop....?

Very small stakes, funny bet, a fair number of outs if we don't have him beat.

ok so the concensus seems to be split, either it was a mediocre call or a bad call that got lucky. hmmm

Id call that flop but i might not call preflop if hes a tight player. If you call preflop you cant fold to that flop for the reasons Fnord said.

I'd just fold, you really don't have that much money invested. You really should raise that way more preflop, 30 cents isn't pushing anyone out.

to those who would call, what hand do you think makes a big reraise pf that you're ahead of here? because i would fold this definitely without reads..

also agree with both above posts about raising more pre and consider folding pre to a tight player.

People let me tell you about my best friends...
I fold this if I'm sharp, I call if on tilt.
