Hand 1 - you reraised and he pushed - that's at least a two-pair hand unless you're at an extremely fishy table.
Hand 2 - the straight hit on the turn if he didn't already have it - unless you have the spade draw to rely on, give it up on the turn.
Hand 3 - check-minraise a set of 4s - or he hit his flush - or nut flush draw for backup I don't think he's going anywhere...it would be odd for him to check-raise the flush draw out of position, but it's not unheard of.
Looks like in general you are putting too much wait on TPTK hands. You want to bet them strongly, but don't overdo it if you meet a lot of resistance against non-donk players.
